Digestive Health
In order to lose weight, your digestive system must be functioning optimally. When intestinal membranes are overloaded with mucous and toxic material, they are no longer able to process and absorb nutrients correctly. To ensure healthy bowels:
- Have more than two bowel movements per day without straining
- Eat 5-7 servings of fruits and veggies daily
- Consume at least 25 g of fiber daily
- Exercise 3-5 times a week
